When The Play Mill at Max Inn needed a trusted Island Park roofer for their brand-new construction, they called Freedom Roofing, and we delivered a roof built to handle everything the Eastern Idaho mountains can throw at it.
This project featured a hybrid roofing system designed for both performance and curb appeal. Half of the building is covered in Tough Rib metal roofing for maximum durability and low maintenance. The other half features GAF HDZ Charcoal architectural shingles, a premium limited lifetime shingle that looks great and stands up to Island Park’s harsh winters.
We also installed 100% ice and water shield coverage across the entire shingle section. Up here, with heavy snowfall and hard freeze-thaw cycles, full ice and water protection isn’t optional; it’s the standard we hold ourselves to.
